I need to get on the ball and update this thing more often! I am so excited because we finally closed on our first house on January 8. WE have been making trips from our apartment to the new house and slowly getting things set up! It is so FUN having our own house. I have some pictures to share, but am still searching for my camera cord....so they will be coming! We have gotten an entertainment center and a new kitchen table (a semi-booth) so you always feel like you are at a restaurant! We have been frequenters of IKEA and Aaron LOVES putting furniture together, but it is alot cheaper!
On the job front for the hubby, he is actually doing some legal work for the company he has been working for and the DA's office just had a big scandal with the DA having an affair with his secretary and then trying to cover up his emails. They were on a hiring freeze until the end of this month. Aaron has been recommended to the hiring committee which would be the final step in the process, so we are hoping they will be meeting on time (Feb. 1). Keep your fingers crossed for us! Other than that, not too much else going on! We are pumped though!
