So we are SOOOO excited because our contract on the house was accepted AND we had the inspection yesterday and he said they had done a GREAT job with the house. He just had a few minor things would need to be fixed.
We are psyched! We are supposed to close on Jan. 4, but we are trying to get it sooner. There is a tenant in the house now as he was just renting from the owner.
Anyways, gotta work! Will keep you posted!
